Important Things to Know for 2009 -2010

1. Hillsboro ISD Cafeteria plan year is September 1, 2009 through August 31, 2010.



2. MGM is the Third Party Administrator (TPA) for Hillsboro ISD for plan year September 1, 2009 to August 31, 2010. Direct deposit is available for flexible spending accounts.



3. Dental: Dental Select is the dental provider for Hillsboro ISD employees, effective 9/1/09. There is a rate increase for this plan year. For plan and rate information click on the benefit highlights tab/dental.



4. Vision: Block will be the vision provider for Hillsboro ISD employees, effective 9/1/09. For plan and rate information click on the benefit highlights tab/vision.



5. Disability: Unum Provident is the disability provider for Hillsboro ISD employees, effective 9/1/09.
